Training program

Wallbreakers invests in underrepresented Computer Science talent to improve their coding, interpersonal and interviewing skills.

Every candidate completes 200-hours of remote training, specifically designed by our team to pre-qualify and prepare the candidates for the technology job market. The training program is 100% remote and taught by our diverse set of instructors.

The program includes individual and group problem solving, hands-on coding exercises, technical topics such as space-and-time complexity analysis, networking, Linux, multithreaded programming, and one-on-one mock interviews with senior software engineers.

This process gives candidates the coaching, practice and confidence they need to put their best foot forward.

Industry Recognized Apprenticeship Program

Wallbreakers is part of the Industry Recognized Apprenticeship Program (IRAP). Employers hiring Wallbreakers talent can be reimbursed for 40% of 6 months of salary by U.S. Department of Labor.

Unbiased AI in PEMA™ technology

Analyzing job listings: Wallbreakers uses Collective Active Role Analysis to accurately identify desirable skills wanted by employers.

Analyzing candidate skills: Using Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools, we extract candidate hard skills from their resumes, derive insights about a candidate’s soft skills by recording and analyzing their communication patterns during group interactions and mock interviews. Candidate hard and soft skills are revealed by inference and predictive of the skill sets most likely succeed.

Combining the dataset from underrepresented populations to build Artificial Intelligence (AI) that accurately predicts the best Job-Candidate match and breaks bias in recruiting.

Finally, we compare candidate hard and soft skills to the job requirements and determine the best fit. We present detailed data about candidates to employers without revealing names or other personal information.
